Q: When is the next scheduled election?
A: The 2024 Presidential Preference Primary will be held March 12, 2024.
Q: When can I request an absentee ballot for the March 12, 2024 PPP?
A: The first day to apply for an absentee ballot is December 25, 2023. The last day to apply is March 1, 2024.
Q: Will I get an absentee ballot automatically?
A: No. You must apply for an absentee ballot every election cycle. For elderly, disabled, and UOCAVA voters, you can opt in on the application to receive absentee ballots for the rest of the election cycle: General Primary/Nonpartisan General Election, General Primary Runoff (if needed), General Election, and General Election Runoff (if needed).
Q: Where do I vote?
A: If you early vote, you will vote at our office at 237 North 2nd Street, Madison GA. If you vote on election day, you must vote at your election day polling place. Please note: our office is NOT an election day polling place.
